Caryn Zinn, PhD, RD is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian and a Senior Lecturer at AUT University, NZ. Her research and clinical practice work focuses on the whole-food, low carbohydrate, healthy fat (LCHF) nutrition approach and its application to metabolic health and sports performance. Caryn has 22 years of consulting experience as a dietitian.

She is also a co-author of three books which can be found at whatthefatbook.com.
