Here is a summary of the ASBP conference in Orlando from my friend and colleague Larry Istrail who runs http://awlr.org. Larry, is a second year medical student who has taken time away from his busy medical school schedule to attend and present at a conference devoted to nutrition and health, go figure! His excellent presentation discussing nutrition research and the weight loss registry was placed strategically after I presented.

I hope to provide more of an update detailing my experience at the conference after I return to Denver. Visiting family in Sarasota at the moment and trying to re-book my flights affected by hurricane Sandy.
